Dr. Brian Dale Glaser, DO

I'm afraid Dr. Glaser is dangerously remiss and clearly does not care about the patient.

After repeated not returning calls, losing paperwork and poor diagnosis, I am finally moving my parents after 15 years from this practice. They have no business caring for patients. Terrible staff

I’ve been seeing Dr. Glazier now for a couple of years and I’ve always found him to be knowledgeable and personable and I’m just glad to call him my doctor.

I was misdiagnosed with a bad fungal infection in both ears and was prescribed a medication that causes a serious risk when taken with medication I’ve been on for years. Thank goodness the pharmacist caught the risk and would not fill the prescription. Went to ENT and there was absolutely no trace of any fungi, but instead, impacted ear wax! I was almost deaf until the ENT diagnosed and vacuumed out the debris and told me the ear drops I was put on for 2 weeks worsened my symptoms severely

As a patient here for about a year I have been trying to get a referral to a specialist for 5 months now and still don’t have it. Ive called several times to inquire and now I can’t even get a call back........VERY disappointing!! I only came here because of my insurance but because of Glasers’ poor results I am changing Doctors now. Hopefully my new Doctor want take 5 months for a referral!

I have been a patient of Dr. Glaser for over a decade. I do have a few health issues so I see him often. I have never felt rushed and he has always has time for any questions or concerns I might have. I would and have recommended him to friends and family.

Dr Glaser has been my family doctor since 2004. He and his staff are friendly and provide excellent service and care.

Lets start with an analogy: Dr Brian Glaser is to Doctors as Chef Boyardee is to gourmet food. I have been a patient at Dr Glaser's office for the past 2 years. In the past 2 years, I have spent a combined total of probably 5 minutes with Dr Glaser as he is always in a huge hurry and does not spend time listening to patients. He is the kind of doctor who is walking out of the office door while you are still asking questions. There are many examples of this practice's ineptitude but I will highlight the latest; the visit that helped convince me to find a real doctor. I had a serious medical emergency over the weekend, putting me in the ER and on some hardcore medications. The implications could be lifelong. I was told by the ER doctor to see my primary care physician as soon as possible. I made an appointment and went in to see Dr Glaser... Except I didn't see Dr Glaser. I saw a student. Not an MD student... a Physician Assistant student. She seemed clueless and had… to leave the office 4 times to ask Dr Glaser questions that I brought up. Not once did Dr Glaser even stop by the room to see how I was doing. Nobody had reviewed my charts sent from the Emergency Room. I can site countless other examples of the ridiculously low quality of care at Bridlewood. 1 star is a compliment. In the 32 years I have been alive, Dr Glaser is the worst doctor and Bridlewood is the worst practice I have ever visited.

This office is very slow at responding to refill requests and always promises to contact patients about their results but never does. When you call to ask about results they act like they are doing you a favor. They lack compassion and common courtesy.

Please be warned--In my opinion, this office does not prioritize patient care. I have been a patient at this practice for several years due to its convenient location near my home. Unfortunately, that is the only convenient thing about it. This past year, I have called the office on multiple occasions (while incredibly sick) requesting to see a doctor either that day or the next. EACH time, I was told that there were no appointments available and that I should visit an urgent care facility instead--which I was forced to do having no other alternative. Recently, I called to have a prescription migraine medication refilled and I was told that since it had been over a year since the last time I had visited the office, I needed to come in for an office visit before a refill would be provided, to maintain the doctor/patient relationship. I explained that I had tried on multiple occasions to visit the office and was told to go to urgent care facilities instead. I asked if I could talk with… the doctor over the phone since the prescription is for migraines and an examination in person would not yield any new information since nothing has changed. The receptionist then spoke with the doctor who insisted the only way a prescription would be refilled is if I came in to the office for a visit. In other words, now that flu season is over and there are are no issues with scheduling appointments, I am now REQUIRED to come in to the office, and PAY for a completely unnecessary visit to have a prescription refilled. I then asked the receptionist if I could speak with the doctor on the phone and she told me that none of the providers have any time to speak with patients over the phone. "They are too busy for that." WOW. Too busy to talk with a patient for 5 minutes on the phone--but not too busy to have me come in and PAY when it's convenient for them. I think that this is disgusting, in my opinion.
