After waiting several months, it was a disappointment to realize that Dr. Brian H. didn't care to find out more about the cause of my son's hearing problems. Based on a simple hearing test, he concluded that there was no functional issue, and he didn't even order a CT scan or MRI to look for other possible causes. However, he wanted to schedule a follow-up visit with a doctor from his own practice—claiming that he was a neck specialist. I have to ask Dr Brian H with all my respect: why did you agree to see my son in the first place if he are not an ear specialist? You shouldn't play games with anyone's health, and certainly not a child's.

I recently went to this doctor because my daughter is have congestion at night and snores, and I wanted to check if was something else going on. It took one hour and 30 minutes for us to go inside the room and talk with the APRN, I'm explaining her was going so she immediately is saying the my daughter need permanent allergy medication or surgery.; When she haven't examined her yet. So when she saw us upset, then checked on my daughter and rectified herself and trying to explain herself better. Which was very upsetting because she was not telling me what's exactly wrong and why is happening just telling permanent medication or surgery. Then the doctor came i explain again what are her symptoms,since when is happening ,and I wanted to know why. So he's answer was: it could be the she is growing up and there is allergies happening all year long in Miami.. so I can get the medication or deal with the symptom that she was having. Since I didn't want surgery. This was… very upsetting because the doctor actually didn't check her nose just the ears , and they are "giving me a solution " but without properly examining her or telling me these are the test that we could do to know what's going on, and to see from there what are the options..

The most caring and skilled ENT surgeon. Took care of both my babies, we are so thankful for him.

The doctor is warm, friendly and efficient. The surgery was quick. Recovery went well. My child is sleeping so much better.

The doctor and his team are FANTASTIC! zero complaints. Everyone is kind and patient and with that said there still isn’t a long wait time at the office. We felt seen and heard and my daughter was taken care of.

My son had his adenoids and tonsils removed by Dr. recovery was fast. He was very professional, and I highly recommend him. We wish we have done this operation sooner. Thank you and many success

Dr Brian is great. He did the surgery on my daughter ears and the procedure was very fast and she has felt very well since the surgery

He did the surgery on my sons ear he had play dough stuck in the back of his ear. Procedure went well and he feels way better than before.

We had a bit of a wait but once we saw the doctor I was very pleased with his care and interaction with my daughter.
