Dr. Jacks was very thorough. His staff is kind and friendly. You have to find street parking or pay for the lot which is inconvenient.

Dr. Jacks and his staff cared about me and were instrumental in helping me to heal and be in control of my life again.

Brian Jacks was very rude to me & upset my child by his shouting. My child told me he was "afraid of that man." I would never recommend this dr.

Dr. Jacks NEEDS to learn a skill which is critical for any good psychiatrist to have, and that is LISTENING to the patient. The man doesn't know how to listen or doesn't care to listen. As a result his dignostic reports are full of errors.

Our family saw Dr.Jacks a the beginning of the school year for my son diagnosed with ADHD. He was warm and pleasant and showed a sincere interest in helping my son. He mapped out a reasonable plan for him to follow in order for him to get through the school year with decreased anxiety. My 12 year old now has some tools to use now when he's under pressure. Our family is very appreciative of Dr. Jacks for his help.

Dr. Jacks is, unfortunately, one of the rudest doctors I've had the displeasure of dealing with. At first, he seemed friendly, however as soon as we "inconvenienced him," his patience was shorter than my skirt. Dr. Jacks became so upset at my child, who we were having evaluated for potential ADHD, that he went so far as to call me an incompetent parent and insult my intelligence! The nerve of this man! I do not recommend you or your family see this doctor unless you have little respect for you or your's dignities.
