This is the best managed office I have visited. Super efficient where you get in and are seeing your doctor ASAP. With all the efficiency, you’d think your visit would be rushed. Quite the opposite, Dr. Jacover takes his time and listens while being very thoughtful in his responses. I feel very comfortable there and would recommend him to anyone...

I called in a refill for medication on Thursday. Went to pick it up today. Was told by Walgreens they had not received my refill, even after faxing and calling the office twice. I call the office and am told "I'm sorry, the doctor's not in on the weekends so we can't do anything." Now, my medication is not life threatening. What if it had been? What if I needed heart medication? The best part? They apparently don't keep their records up to date. I was started on Chantix in May. Prescribed the starter pack. A month later I refilled and received the continuation pack. Apparently this was not recorded in their record, so even if they COULD refill it, because the "prescription had been lax" they wouldn't have refilled it. I'm sorry, how is the fact you have incompetent staff my problem? I obviously refilled it. I have the prescription right here. Sadly, I cannot get a refill and have to wait until Monday to deal with the staff/refill situation. I plan on transferring… my records to another doctor, but I need my refill. I do not plan on returning to this office. The doctor - he was a doctor. Alright, but obviously he and his staff are lacking.

Dr. Jacover is one of those Rare & i mean Rare Doctors who is not only easy to talk to but makes you feel he really is interested in your health problems, he is smart & will go the extra mile to figure out what is wrong without pushing you off to someone else. I read people very well & Dr. Jacover cares more about people then money. Dr. Jacover's staff nurse is also super & must have been hand picked by him, i have never seen her without a smile on her face or heard anything bad or cross come out of her mouth. The only problem is Dr. Jacover is so good looking & so sweet he may make some females feel uncomfortable talking about certain problems but other than that if he is your Doctor then you are in good hands & very lucky because iam sure soon he wont have time to take on any new people because he will be just to busy.
