i am very disappointed. i thought i was going to visit a good doctor based off the reviews and saw my ins accepted him.. only to get billed for a "minor procedure" and as an out patient visit. i was never informed that his office is based at a hospital therefore i will be billed as a patient. he stuck a thing up my nose and i thought it was normal practice for a nasal doctor, only to find it'd be billed as a procedure, and i was never once informed of that. i got stuck with a huge medical bill for a 10 minute doctor visit. do not go to him unless you are aware of this, find another doctor like i wish i would have.

Dr. Jewett rearranged his own surgery schedule to accomodate my circumstances and schedule. On the day of my surgery, he drove all over Dade and Broward counties that day to make it easy for me so I wouldn't have to drive to him! I did a lot of doctor shopping, and was so happy to finally find Dr. Jewett. I found Dr. Jewett to be very kind and compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, and is the best in his field. He is very skilled at his work and takes his time during surgery in order to get the best cosmetic result. I would whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone searching for a post MOHS plastic surgery surgeon.

I had a very aggressive skin cancer that spread throughout the left side of my face. I had half my nose completetly removed along with the entire area from my lower eyelid down to my lip right to the bone. I was totally disfgured. If it wasn't for Dr Jewett, I would never go out of my house again. Throughout the course of 6 months, my reconstructions were done in segements lasting 6-10 hours. The longest surgery (10 hours)was to create a new nose using the cartilege from my ears. I can honestly tell you, I look totally normal now. There are no scars or tell tale signs from my previous surgeries. To this day, my friends look at me with amazement, they tell my they never thought I would look "normal" again. Dr Jewett is a genius!

I found the staff sloppy. The second appointment was not recorded or we had to return a week later. We left the office with the wound uncovered, and the prescription was not called in in a timely manner.

Direct and to the point explaining different options, including his. Very busy, so somtines not easy to get short notice appointment. The results of his intervention are superb. How many doctors call you home to ask about recovery? He is one of the few.

After Mohs surgery I needed plastic surgery to repair the damage. I feel very lucky to have been referred to Dr Jewett. I would highly recommend Dr Jewett to anyone looking for a professional experienced caring doctor.

I broke my nose years ago and subsequently had problems breathing out of one side. I found Dr. Jewett by accident and was so glad I did! I had a complete internal nasal reconstruction done (tons of stitches, fractured the bones, the whole nine yards). The surgery took five hours--an hour longer than expected--but his staff told my mother that he was very meticulous about his surgeries. Over two years later, I have virtually no scarring and can breathe better than ever! I had no issues whatsoever and am thrilled with the result. Dr. Jewett was great during the process and checked on me personally after the surgery. He even gave me his home phone number in case I had any issues after I left the hospital. Would highly recommend!

I had major reconstructive on the left side of my face after Moh's surgery took a rather large part of my cheek. No one even notices the scar. He is a very caring doctor and a very good one. He is really a skilled surgeon.

Outstanding surgeon and outstanding person. Scheduled a meeting in 1.5 hours upon referral by another MD, and arranged to perform facial surgery 2 hours later. Results of operation were no pain, no swelling and no scars.
