I have had excellent results with my knee replacement. Because of the preparation both before and after the surgery by the team it was much easier than I thought it would be. I followed exact instructions and have a great results.

I’m updating my previous review after Brian Johnson personally reached out to me to discuss my concerns. He took the time to listen, apologized, and acknowledged where my care could have been better. I truly appreciated that. Brian is very knowledgeable and genuinely a nice person. My earlier concerns were related to follow-through and feeling that some recovery issues weren’t addressed with enough urgency. After our conversation, he expressed a commitment to do better, and based on that, I’ve decided to give him another chance. I’m hopeful that future visits will reflect the attention and consistency that post-operative recovery requires.

I previously left a positive review for Brian Johnson but wanted to update it based on my ongoing experience. Brian is knowledgeable, but during appointments he often appeared distracted, and at times follow-through was missed. For example, he asked if I wanted an anti-inflammatory prescribed, I agreed, and it was never sent in. Knee manipulation after my total knee replacement was only mentioned later in my recovery, after the timeframe for that option had passed. I continued to experience pain, stiffness, and limited range of motion despite putting in significant effort toward my recovery through therapy and home exercises, and I didn’t feel there was much urgency around these concerns. Since post-operative care relies heavily on the nurse practitioner, I’ve decided to seek care elsewhere and will not be returning to this office. I do wish Brian well and hope he’s able to give patients the time and attention their recovery requires.

Went here as I was told Massachusetts has great care. Visit was very quick - explanation brief. I don’t like the quick assessment and went to my primary - not there so I saw a substitute primary — He went thru a complete breakdown & explanation of a specific syndrome and fully explained. I also wanted to see a physician and they gave me a nurse practitioner. no meds were offered, I was given a script for pt but no one from their office called so I called the primary back and he rewrote a script & I found my own place. This office is constantly calling me for $10.00 co-pay for the x-ray! Not to ask me anything at all about my health or the pt or anything else —- just $10.00 is the concern. Safe to say I won’t return.

Brian is excellent. He is friendly,reassuring and very capable.

I go to Brian regularly for injections for bone on bone knee arthritis. He’s fast, friendly, and competent. I usually have no trouble getting an appointment. When I have questions, his staff answers promptly.

I has my first post hip surgery appt with Brian. He was attentive, let me view my hip x-ray (that was cool!) and informed me the surgery went very well. He continued by asking how I felt, how my physical therapy was going, and if I had any questions or concerns. He was great!!!

Brian was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. He explained my knee problem clearly and offered all options. Highly recommend.

Brian was quite knowledgeable and was able to help me with a problem related to my surgery. He listened and was very helpful. Very happy with my care.
