I left the office and I didn’t see the doctor, because I’ve been waiting for I hour and the doctor hasn’t showed up. I am suffering from very severe back pain, which makes sitting and walking extremely difficult. Yet, no one appeared to explain to me why the doctor was a full hour late—I have every right to an explanation. Consequently, I left the office in a fit of rage; I will never return to this clinic again, and I intend to ask my primary care provider to refer me to a different spine clinic.

Dr Jones is always very caring and shows interest in listening to my medical complaints. I would highly recommend Dr Jones
