Dr. Brian Kiesnowski, MD

Botches trans men and nonbinary peoples top surgery. Says your eligible for Keyhole even if your not. Leaves breast tissue behind, but will try to say it's fluid and to come drain it post op. But nothing gets drained because it is literally breast tissue. Someone with years worth of medical experience should know what someone unelligble for Keyhole looks like, and stop the conversation there and switch to talking about double incision. I'm not the first who he's done this to and sadly I might not be the last either. Stay away if your FTM.

I had breast implants "which I let him decide the size", and upper bleph 4 weeks ago and I am SO happy with my results! No oozing nor bleeding from either and very minimal bruising. I would definitely recommend him and certainly go back if I need any work in the future.

I would never recommend this Dr. He took out breast implants for me and left me with lopsided breasts. They were perfectly shaped before surgery. He tried to raise them up and pushed the breast tissue together. Leaving about 1/4 of the breast flat. He cancelled the last appointment and never called to make another. he also acted odd during the exams, not giving out a paper jacket to wear, but rather leaving me nude from the waist up. No nurse to assist him. he also stayed in the room while I dressed! he blamed the lopsided breast on the bandages which was impossible! he admitted that he had done the same thing to another patient! I guess I should have sued him for this. Do not go to this Dr. Now I worry about finding breast cancer because the tissue is dense in that one breast and also is somewhat still sore.

Despite a long and expensive consult, he didn't listen to me. Was more interested in hearing himself. Then after I signed up to get a procedure, he performed a different one. Results totally unacceptable.

We were not told there would be $350 consultation fee where we had to listen to bad jokes and stories of procedures he performed on his children. We questioned the fee then received a letter in the mail essentially calling us dead beats and requesting up front payment for my teen daughter mole removal...when the entire bill had already been paid by insurance & FSA. No before/after pictures...excuse was HIPPA yet most other facilities have them even on their website. Completely unprofessional!

I just had breast reduction, and I felt the whole experience with Dr. Kiesnowski and his staff was excellent. I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon. I'm only 3 days post-op, and everything is great. from staff to doctor, it was a very positive experience. I'd recommend Dr. Kiesnowski to my best friend. thanks to everyone in his office!
