Easy to talk to

After being in remission for six months my mother visited dr klostermann with bad allergies, lack of appetite, and fever among other symptoms. He seemed very uninterested in her care or well being, did not ask her any questions about her health, diet, anything, and this was his first time ever seeing her as a patient. She was given allergy medicine and sent on her way. She ended up in the ER TWO days later to be told that her cancer was back and she had a mass of fluid buildup on her right lung. Maybe if he would have been more attentive to her he would have noticed something more than allergies wrong and she wouldn't have needed to go to the emergency room with a partially collapsed lung.
