Would not let me finish my sentences and continued to talk over me. Berated me for going to urgent care originally rather than my primary (it was a weekend). Questioned me why urgent care didnt take a blood culture. How would I know? I'm not a doctor! Acted like I was after narcotic pain medication but I never once asked for any or thought of it. Motrin would have been nice but I wasnt even offered that. I was suffering from an awful kidney infection that wasnt getting better and given my symptoms was concerned of sepsis. I did not feel taken seriously one bit. Will never see this doctor again. Very rude

Dr Koch was very kind in my visit. He asked questions and addressed my concerns. He outlined the plan and managed it efficiently. I was feeling much better by the time I was discharged.

He seemed really irrited and short during my visit. Had little or no concern for the amount of pain I was in. He had no interest in tryin to help me determine source of my pain. Prior to leaving the nurse took my blood pressure and it was unusually high, I contribute this to service or lack of I received. This Dr. Is rude!
