Always responds to my questions. Pays attention to changes in test results that may show a trend developing. Very intuitive in diagnosing illnesses.

I have been going to Dr. Kolender for about 4 years. He's by far the best dr I've ever had. He's always available and even available when he's in vacation. I feel better than i have in years because of him. He's up on the latest and greatest in medical breakthroughs and has very sophisticated office and equipment and testing.

I found that he didn't remember what he told me or recommended in previous visits, and when I reminded him, it was like I was telling him how to treat me. His office staff told me they could xray for scoliosis in the office, but when I made an appointment, Dr. Kolender didn't so much as look at my back or even touch me, and then told me he needed to order special xrays. I didn't think it was fair to pay a co-pay for that, and instead of just writing it off, he asked me to pay half. Even if you don't agree, why provide bad customer service and then haggle over $15.00?

When I first went to see Dr. Kolender, I was fairly impressed with his bedside manner. During subsequent visits, I found him more dismissive of issues I wanted to discuss. I could tell he was rushing and wasn't listening to what I was saying. I was pretty put off by this. My husband said the same thing occurred during his most recent visit. Also, there are no evening or Saturday hours, so if you work and have a sinus infection, you will need to take off just to get an antibiotic. Most doctors have at least one late evening and limited Saturday hours, so this is a huge inconvenience.

Excellent physician with a great new office staff.

Dr. Kolender has no value for a patient's privacy. He has an attitude. I would never recommend him to anyone.
