Dr. Brian Richard Kreul, MD

I came to him after undergoing 6 months of failed procedures to have my breasts properly lifted & augmented. I wish I had come to him first. This man is amazing, I showed him photos of possible expectations & he gave me exactly what I desired & without the pain that I expected. Very gentle Dr., very gentle women working with him. I'm highly pleased & recommend him to anyone & everyone!

I had a tummy tuck and implants 6 months ago. Dr. Kreul is not only skilled and knowledgeable, he is kind and patient. His entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Kreul spent time answering all my questions. My results are amazing and I have more confidence now than I had for years. Dr. Kreul did an amazing job and I have recommended him to everyone I know!

I had the "Mommy Makeover" on Dec 18th 2018. I am now 3 weeks post op and and have had no issues at all. I was called the next day by Dr. Kreul to check on me and see if I had any questions. Aside from one little scheduling error on my post op appointment time, the staff he has has been top notch as well! It took me about 3 weeks to get in for my consult, and then it was about 8 weeks before I had my surgery. I felt comfortable the whole time I was there from start to finish. Standing in a surgery room naked with strangers as they wipe you down is not the most comfortable situation to be in. However, his staff made me feel right at ease. I went to sleep and wok up a changed lady! I would and will recommend anyone to seek out Dr. Kreul and his staff.

I initially met Dr. Kreul in 13’ he did a tummy tuck, lippo and breast augmentation (1) . The day after my left breast had a blood vessel erupt and fill with blood. I was told “this never harms to anyone!” I had to have surgery again (2). With a short time a breast implant wouldn’t drop on my right side and again surgery (3) to repair that. Shortly after that the right had dropped so low the implant was in my ribs and made it difficult to bend over or breath. Again another surgery to repair it (4). Following that the breast the left hadn’t fallen still (5) another surgery. Finally he suggested for an additional $4000.00 he would change my implants, put in mesh sides, do another lift and hope it would repair everything. I paid the money and did the surgery. I awoke in the middle of surgery and saw them working on me which caused me to have panic attack. After the surgery I complained of some pain in the right breast and advised Dr. Kruel I was thinking of a second opinion. He… became very upset and offended and before I knew I had a letter (certificated) stating I was no longer his patient. Keep in mind I referred my sister and she had to be taken by hospital because she had an argumentation/left and her breast began bleeding and causing so much pain she had to take an ambulance to the hospital. He diagnose was by Kruel, the blood vessel erupted, he advised her that “this never happens to anyone!” Beware!!!

There is nothing I can say that supports the idea of anyone going to Dr. Kreul. The subtlety I missed when I contacted Dr. Kreul's office was the vast number of immediate openings he had for office appointments and surgery. As compared to other plastic surgeons, who were booked out months in advance for office appointments and surgery. These openings in Dr. Kruel's 0ffice were evidence that business was clearly not as good as they might have you believe. Just not that many patients apparently, and there is a reason for the lack of patients. As to my surgery, which involved my face and breasts, the end result was nothing near what I desired and Dr. Kreul had indicated he could achieve for me. The other aspect that I naively accepted was Dr. Kreul's recommendation and that I allowed him to proceed with two separate surgeries, two days apart. The impact on myself was physically and emotionally was significant. Although Dr. Kreul acknowledged the initial breast surgery was… deficient, he offered and did perform a second breast surgery to address the issues. The second breast surgery was not an improvement, if anything from my perspective it was worst. Recognizing that physicians can display an unrealistic sense of omnipotence, we should address bedside manner. Dr. Kreul's demonstrated a bedside manner which is insensitive, and explosive. At this time, I realized Dr. Kreul was clearly a physician who did not have my best interest at the forefront. Dr. Kreul seems to have lost sight of the declaration that the physician should, "....do no harm". I then made the decision to make appointments, months out, and seek the opinions of two other plastic surgeons. Although these doctors did not indict Dr. Kreul, they were dismissive of the demonstrated surgical skills performed on me. After a lot of money and two additional surgery, I was able to come close to achieving the results I desired. Achieving what I desired was only limited by the impact of Dr. Kreul's surgery

Doctor performed my breast surgery. I had old implants from years back and wanted new a little larger as well. They look horrable with or without clothes. Uneven,one up , one down one very hard a had capsular contracture immediately and rippling that's embarrassing visible. I have talked to him and had several visits to ask him to fix this. He only offered a discount. I look deformed and can't even where anything that remotely shows by breast ( rippled uneven)I wish I would have just kept the old implants!!!!!

I have never been happier with an appointment with a specialist. Dr. Kreul and his staff are top notch. I was very embarrassed at wanting a breast augmentation at 60 and he made me feel so good about it. I would and have recommended him to everyone I see. I would have no qualms having another procedure done by this sweet and talented doctor.

I was referred to Dr. Kreul to have a mole removed. Although I had to wait about 20 minutes, I was very impressed that Dr. Kreul came to the lobby to call me, introduce himself and see me to a room. I could see his office was busy and he appeared to have no problem helping out. Dr. Kreul spent time to explain the proceedure and made sure I understood what he was doing. His nurse/medical assistant was personable and professional and I felt very comfortable. I will definately be recommending Dr. Kreul to friends and family.

I highly recommend Dr. Kruel, I came to him, as a 51 year old in dire need of a breast reduction/lift. At first I was very embarrassed about being there for this, I had a HUGE complex about my breasts. He and his staff made me feel sooo comfortable and cared for, that I very quickly, felt safe and relaxed. He spent all the time I needed, explaining the surgery to me and answered my questions thoroughly. He truly cares about you and how you will look, after surgery. My ugly aging breasts, are now beautiful! He is like a master artist of the body :) I can never thank him enough, for what he has done for me and mostly my self esteem! Love, love , love this man, his nursing staff AND office staff. Everyone just makes you feel, like YOU, are their number one patient.
