DR. Law (Crystal Clinic Canton)was of no help and unprofessional. He was arrogant, superficial and dismissive. After he diagnosed my fractured foot, he left me with no guidance, direction or follow up plans. I left there more confused than when I arrived. The staff were all wonderful, but Mr. Law does not represent that organization in a positive light

Explained everything to me and gave me several options on how to treat my broken toe and be able to still work. Very good bedside manner and very knowledgeable. With highly recommend.

Dr. Law was absolutely terrible with my Achilles problem. He saw I had very good insurance, so he jagged me around for 3 months trying this and trying that and nothing worked. He got visibly irritated then dumped me off and referred me to someone within Froedtert&MCW that said this treatment wouldn’t even work and surgery would be a better option. I went elsewhere and am getting surgery…finally! I owe THOUSANDS now because of all his trial and error “cures” that didn’t work. He’s arrogant, constantly is over an hour late, terrible interpersonal skills. If you ask a question he gets visibly irritated and snaps back at you. Stay away.

I go in for an appointment and he put me in a walking boot and crutches for 5 weeks saying no pressure at all so we can get all the swelling out of my foot than he was going to operate on the posterial tibial tendon because it is torn, than i came back 3 months later and the swelling went away a little bit than he said he cant opperate on me when I have been dealing with my foot for 3 years, BTW im 17
