Dr. Geoffrey Padmore Douglas, MD

First off if you are a female DO NOT see him. I’ve never met someone so unfamiliar with BASIC female anatomy let alone a DOCTOR so uneducated. He thought he was right for weeks and after being told by gynos, female doctors, and myself he still persisted he was right. News flash: he was wrong (a whole bodily hole off from being right ladies). He has ripped away months of my life from his negligence, failure to treat (after saying i’m in the worst pain ever (where else would you go other than the ER?)), failure to diagnose, failure to do anything right. I cannot express how beyond upset and sickened I am by this doctor. It’s been months and I think about how I was treated by him daily. Because of him my life has been turned upside down and I start the road to recovery when I have the most dehumanizing surgery at a different hospital with a different doctor next week. I do not recommend him to anybody truthfully. I’ve never felt so strongly about someone.

Dr. Douglas saved my life. He had to come in after two other surgeons had done very poor work and fix all the problems they had created. He has an incredible bedside manner and explains things thoroughly. He also has compassion for his patients and he works closely with his surgical team where they brainstorm on the best way to handle complicated cases. I've been hospitalized for just over two months and of all the care I received the absolute best was from Dr. Douglas and his team. I would highly recommend him for any surgical needs.
