Everyone was great!

I have been seeing Dr Brian for a couple years now and have been completely satisfied with him. Dr Brian always takes the time to educate his patients and also takes his time with listening to his patients when most dr's seem rushed. Highly recommend

He is kind and compassionate! He took plenty of time to get to know me. Highly recommend him!

The staff and the doctor are excellent. He's compassionate, he truly care about his patients. NEVER had a problem and I've been his patient for over 4 years. Don't be fooled by someone that is disgruntled. Staff are required to ask many questions to all patients.

Rude and not efficient front desk staff, named Anna. Wasted so much of my time just trying to get an appointment. She beats around the bush, instead of being professional by getting trying to arrange appointment. I understand there will be some inevitable questions to verify a few things but sooo many more questions (that can be asked later), after a long hold on the phone but so still more questions! I usually am not one to write negative reviews but am compelled to do so with this experience. Very poor. Reflects very poorly representing the doctor. I have questions about the doctor as well, if he is genuinely compassionate and more importantly, have my/our/your health interests at heart. Always be careful who you see for your health. It is a pain dealing with his staff taking his calls. Very rude and unprofessional.

Dr. Menichello has correctly diagnosed all of my medical issues, takes his time, doesn't talk down to the patient, and even shows a sense of humor. His nurse is difficult to deal with.
