The worst doctor ever. Rude . Unprofessional. Makes himself into the victim instead of helping patients. I called the after hours doctor on duty. I am in pain. I asked if he could prescribe Zoac for my throat. As I didn’t feel good. I said I had stomach virus also. That was gone. That I would take a covid test. Before coming in. He said it was not necessary. I hung up l said good bye. I called back as I could not tolerate late my pain. I was on pain and this normal in altered state of mind. Dr Pachter said don’t treat me like a dog. I called him an ashole as he implied I was a dog speaking to him as a dog. The. He argued with me for 10 minutes. Instead of asking about my condition and trying to help me. I asked if he had a computer with my medical records as he is doctor on duty. And he said he has no access to computer. I said how can you be doctor on duty and not have access to your patient records. Sounds unprofessional. He just told me to shut up. Amd kept… saying I was a dog speaking to him as a dog. The victim. That’s not a doctor to me. Just argumentative. So eventually he apologized and I apologized and I hung up.. O have been a patient for 30 years of doctor jane cohen. Doctor David cohen doctor drost. And they are professionals. And of Dr Pachter would have my records he would see I am diabetic. High blood pressure and bipolar. He should learn to be human and nice to patients. Make Is feel good .

Dr. Pachter is one of the rudest medical professionals I have ever encountered. I can't believe they allow him to practice for such a prestigious firm. He exudes no compassion, no empathy, and has such lack of character and professionalism. He is argumentative and purely condescending. I'd give him ZERO stars if I could. One star is being generous!

Horrible. Bad communicator, horrible bedside manner, unsympathetic, unprofessional.

Long wait times, spends less than 15 minutes with you, and creates scenarios where he convinces you to come back often so he can bill more.

Dr Pachter has been our family doctor since we relocated to Miami Beach five years ago. He is a great primary care doctor and has kept us in good health,takes a personal intetest in how we are doing and refers us to great specialists when we need them. He has always been available and caring when we have questions and always explains our problems in terms we understand. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a great primary carr physician.

Rude, argumentive and offers no end solution to the problem, doesn't listen and always seems to be looking for reasons to add medicine and tests that are not necessary, avoid this Dr.

Very impersonal with lack of good listening skills and limited eye contact. Face was glued to laptop. Breezed in and out and did not help. Went in for pre-op but wouldn't clear me as my BP was high from moving stress. I understand that, but he refused to see me a second time for clearance (2 weeks later) & after adding a new BP medicine, thus postponing a surgery that took a 6-mos. wait time to get. There is no good reason for him to refuse to recheck me prior to the surgery. My BP is stable now and he's a jerk! My GP there was out on maternity leave, thus I was sent to him. Not my choice!! In addition, he forgot to re-fill one of my allergy prescriptions, which I asked him twice to do. At checkout, I asked again if he had sent the script electonically & she got up and asked him & came back and said he did. Not!! In addition, he had the results of my sleep study back, but wouldn't discuss while I was there and staff told me he'd call me with the results. Well, that was 2 weeks ago… and I have yet to receive a phone call from him. Lastly, despite not clearing me for surgery, he expected me to do all the pre-ops that day. Why? $$? Pre-ops must be done within a month of the surgery date, so if it took 6-mos. to get that appt for surgery so why would I do the tests that same day there not knowing when my new surgical date would be. Again, not listening!! Just plain stupid and a waste of Ins. $ too. Some people should not be Drs & he is one of them. You'd think a healthcare worker aims to help and would at least be polite. Now I REFUSE to see Dr. Pachter. Shame on him, and he needs to learn some basic social skills!!!

Dr. Pachter approaches his practice at all times keeping in the forefont a kind and caring manner. He is thorough with his patients while remaining a concerned physician. His knowledge of specialists in various fields and his willingness to use them to get his patients the best care available while following up with everything that is done is admirable. I would recommend him highly.

Very good experience. Available when needed and have referred him to office colleagues . Visited for yearly checkups so some of the measurement ratings are not applicable.
