I had a great experience with Blue Ridge. I know, how can surgery be Great, right. Well it is 2 weeks since I had my surgery and I am excited to say that I just finished my 2nd post surgery visit and, as expected, I am healing 110% and start rehab next week. I feel fantastic and no pain except for the incision. Muscle, tendon &bone all healing well. Thank you Dr. Redmond and staff.

Dr. Redmond is a great physician. He has treated me with courtesy, and respect. His staff however, shows a lack of concern, and really hurts his practice. They show no caring, and treat patients like they are cattle. I had an 8am appt., and was "rounded" up with 2 other patients 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I was then placed in the examining room, as the other 2 patients were seen before me. I am sure we were not all scheduled for 8am. I am not sure where this staff was trained, but, there overall apathy for patients is very disturbing.

Dr. Redmond is a wonderful doctor. My only complaints are some of the staff members are rude and unprofessional. It usally takes approx. 3 hours from start to finish at each appt. I've learned to clear the entire day's schedule when I have an appt. But, Dr. Redmond is worth the wait.
