Dr. Brian Rose

My late sister had an operation on her spine by Dr. Rose. The first two times she went to her follow up appointment to have the stitches removed, his office falsely claimed she had missed her appt time. The third time I took her, the office insisted that she self-pay, regardless of the fact that she was already his patient and had Medicaid coverage.

Dr. Rose was amazing. I had a badly herniated disk, between L5 and my sacrum, and needed a microdiscetomy. I was scheduled to have surgery with a different doctor in Denton, but I did not get the best vibe from them, I felt like a number in a big crowd. I went to Dr. Rose for a second opinion and immediately knew he was my new doctor. He is super sweet and caring. I felt comfortable that this was the best procedure for me and he treated me like family. The hospital was super. The nurses, orderlies, and physical therapy people were all caring and attentive. I could not have had a better experience. My sciatic pain was immediately gone after surgery. I was back on my feet the next day, a little sore of course. It’s been about 6 weeks since the surgery and I feel amazing. No complications or infections and my scar is barely visible. I will recommend Dr. Rose to anyone who needs an orthopedic or spine doctor.

Screws came out of the bone, he refused to fix them had to go elsewhere for further surgery to repair the damage.

In 2007, Dr. Rose gave me my life back. He performed an extensive operation on my spine from L-2 to S-1, inserting 2 rods and 11 screws. It was highly successful and gave me wonderful relief. I will be forever grateful to him for returning me to a normal life. I consider him a magician.

I had a surgery scheduled for this Fr., but was told on my pre-opt visit that the surgery would not take place on that day. I was given only a 2 day notice about this.Meanwile I paid for the pre-opt surgery and the surgery itself. I also will be billed for the pre-opt visit. My money will not be refunded. I was asked for another doctor to do the surgery at a later day. Now I will have to wait months for the surgery to happen. This whole thing could have been avoided. I'm naturally upset about, since their "philosophy" is patient satisfaction..

I would recommend this doctor to anyone!! Doesn't help you at all and is very rude!

This is a good doctor.

I went to Dr. Rose when my doc in Charlotte, NC, was not helping me after two years. He took one look at the CT/Myelo and office X-rays and told me I had two choices - big surgery or a wheelchair in a year. I opted for the surgery and I had the most wonderful experience in a hospital that I have ever had. Mind you, I have been in hospital about 12 times in my life. The surgery took 8 hours, but the recovery was easy. The staff at Northeast Medical Center was wonderful, the food was excellent, and I am today, three years later, living the life I had ten years ago. I would recommend Dr. Rose to anyone with persistant back problems. He is a miacle worker.
