Dr. Brian Gabriel Schwartz, MD

we came from houston y we thought we would find a good for my husband. my husband and son went to the appointment and came back happy, my husband has to take medicamento for blood thinner( he does this more than 16 years) they don't update the patient portal on time, they don't have communication with us no phone call, nothing, the last time he went to the lab for check his blood was may 13 today is the 20 and we have no results so we made the decision to change the doctor if you have that problem stay away from that doctor office.

Dr. Schwartz is extremely knowledgable about his work and it shows. While he is quite unforgiving if you do not follow his regimen he has your best interest at heart no pun intended. I would highly recommend him!

Dr. Brian Schwartz is a very knowledgeable, smart, polite, and caring doctor. He doesn't make you feel rushed or stupid for asking stupid questions. He has excellent bedside manners and explains things very clearly. He went far beyond where my previous heart doctors went, and ordered tests that I had never heard of just to make sure all bases were covered. The results were back before I knew it. He really cares about his patients and tries to provide the with the best care possible. I am so happy I found him! He truly is the best!

Dr. Schwartz looked very young but he was very well informed of his specialty, very knowledgeable, well mannered, very professional yet very approachable and kind. He is very likable !

I was not all that excited about being told I needed to see a cardiologist. But, you have to do what you have to do. I made an appointment to see Dr. Schwartz and I'll tell you, it was a great experience. He was patient and actually sat down and spoke with me - answering my questions and concerns. He didn't try to push pulls or procedures on me - instead we discussed the options and what may or may not be needed. I'd highly recommend him!

We must have had 11 doctors between the different services at my father's most recent hospital stay at Baylor. Dr. Schwartz entered our case midway through and from then on, we never had to worry about knowing what was going on, or that Dad would be OK. He was always spot-on about what was wrong, and his explanations of what they were doing were really helpful. Dad's doing great, and you can bet we'll be looking for Dr. Schwartz again the next time we need a cardiologist.

My grandfather was hospitalized last year at Baylor Plano and was taken care of by Dr. Schwartz for more than a week. He was busy, I know, but it never felt like that. He took the time to explain all our diagnoses, and on one occasion I even heard him asking the nurses to be especially careful about preventing an infection when they changed one of his IV lines. When he finally opens an outpatient office, you can bet we'll be seeing him as our family doctor too.
