Not familiar on how to deal with exploited seniors . Recommended to go elsewhere for help even though he prescribes her happy pills. Show no. On Erin or remorse that he wasn’t willing to help a patient during a life crisis.

Dr. Smith always takes the time to talk with you and is very thorough about any matter that you bring up. He is a great doctor.

I feel fortunate to have Dr. Smith as my physician, he is so kind, caring!

I love Dr. Smith!!! He is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He really seems to care about his patients. i was hospitalized last year, after collapsing, and being brought in by an ambulance. It was on a Saturday, so I was sure I would be dealing with the on-call doc or the hospital physician. Dr. Smith was notified and came straight to the hospital in his "Saturday attire". lol That meant the world to me. Just a good guy all the way around. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Smith is easy (fun) to talk to. He takes as much time as you need and is very knowledgeable. He is my cure to White coat Syndrome. I enjoy going to see him.

He is very good - the wait, however, is very long. It was much better when he was new and didn't have a lot of patients. Guess the word got around about what a great doctor he is and now I have to share him. ;-)

You are the greatest Doctor ever. Always there when you need him, Always always gives you the time you need and deserve. You never walk away wondering about your appointment/treatment. Goes over every thing fully and very explanatory about whats going on. You never leaving his office saying what if? Or I wonder why! Doctor Smith, keep up the good work. Your awsome. Its a blessing having you as our Doctor. Ka-Pow!!

I have been seeing Dr Brian Smith for many years and prior to that saw the office's other doctor, Dr VanGundy. Dr Smith is good doctor who seems to care and makes an effort to spend time with his patients. My issues are with scheduling appointments is near impossible unless you can wait 3-4 weeks and then when you arrive you still routinely wait up to an hour before seeing the doctor. He is also unresponsive to letters needing his approval for other doctors. I would like to see him more and cooridate my care better, but I dread having any appointment because of the waits. I have several other relatives who see Dr Smith & VanGundy and have the same issues. I should change, but am concerned about the transfer of my history at this point.

Dr. Smith Has been my Dr about 3 years. He is very friendly, always takes time to listen to me.

Just a really good person who cares about his patients and goes the extra step.
