Dr. Brian L Vogel, MD

The doctor is great. The office staff is unacceptable. I paid a co-pay for my first visit. Ten days later they said I owed a similar amount additional for the same visit. When I didn't remit that quick enough they sent me a reminder notice. When I sent a check for that balance they billed my credit card anyway. That's 3 co-pays for one visit. Stay away from this practice until they hire a new office staff.

Waited over an hour from appt time for my dad to be seen....

I was looking for a doctor who is compassionate, intelligent, personable and nearby. SCORE! Dr. Vogel delivered. He was extremely thorough and gave me great recommendations and insight. I love that he has a patient portal too. The office was clean and the wait time was minimal. I'll gladly wait when I feel that the DR. doesn't rush me and that was exactly the case. Thank God my search is over. Dr. Vogel is a gem.

I have been a patient of dr. vogel for 20 yrs he is a great doctor . He listens does not rush you like some doctor's , he spends time with you and he cares and has a great bedside manner . He willing to help you and is a very smart doctor , highly recommend.

First time visit found to be very satisfied, Dr. Vogal made me feel very comfortable, he was very thorough with his questions and notes about my medical history. There are no interns in this office, you deal directly with the doctor. Both blood work and EKG was completed in office. He uses a web enabled portal program that allows both you and their office to communicate directly via the internet including access to your Office Visits History Records, Test Results, Medication Records, Appointments as well as General Communications. Office appearance is clean and comfortable, small waiting area which is ok because they're an appointment only office. Office Hours are accommodating, they even have Saturday Hours.

Dr. Vogel is knowledgeable, courteous, compassionate, focused on cause(s) of the patient's symptoms and current with the literature. His use of information technology benefits the patient. He is not prone to prescribe medications. Apparently, his focus is patient well-care. The waiting room time is average. We were not rushed in the examination room. Overall, the experience has been consistent with our expectations of a PCP. Initially, the office staff was OK but subsequently the experience has improved significantly as they got to know us. My recommendation is try Dr. Brian L. Vogel and I believe you shall have a pleasant satisfying experience.

Dr. Vogel is very thorough. He is also compassionate,caring.

My family and I have been Dr. Vogel's patients for years and have seen him for many problems in the past. He always takes the time to listen to us and diagnose our problems.

Office staff is rude and unprofessional. I would never go back to that office because of the staff. However, Dr. Vogel is very thorough but dealing with that office is horrifying.
