Office admin/phone staff are very rude. Called for clarification on something and felt as though I ruined their whole day by asking them.

Dr.Wainger was able to fit me in with only a few hours notice. He really knew his stuff. He made me very comfortable about an upcoming surgery that I would be having. He spent a lot of time with me explaining everything very thoroughly and over all I can't say enough good things about him!

Agree 100% with "left with no hope." Had a similar unsatisfactory experience. Total waste of time and $. Needs to go back to Bedside manner 101, LISTEN to patients and think outside the box.

Spent a ton of time with me and discussed all treatment options. Listened carefully to me and really cared. Would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Wainger & his staff were wonderful to me and did everything they could to make me comfortable while I awaited surgery. He even recommended the best surgeon to perform the surgery and his recommendation was as stellar as the care he provided. He demonstrated geniune caring by taking the time to follow up with me by phone on several occassions, and doing everything he could to try to minimize my pain. I highly recommend Dr. Wainger and his entire staff. Thank you for all you have done for me.

When Dr W entered the room he had a intern with him it seemd that he had already desided what treatment I needed BEFORE he even talked to me. Most of the time he talked in whispher to the student and not to or with me. His physical exam was secondary, as he had already made up his mide what treatment I would have, or need. WHEN I tried to voice my objection to him he became upset with me. It was clear to me that I was not being heard. My appointment was for 1:45 he did not see me till well past 3:30 and I was out of there by 4pm! I feel that this appointment was a great wast eof my time and money and especially any hope I had before I meet him. He also did not agree that my condition was as what three other Md's ( all specialist, with MANY years of experiance) had said it was.
