I have never seen a doctor treat a patient as poorly as Dr. Dille treated my elderly mother. He was completely rude and demeaning the entire visit!!! When we checked out, I told the staff what a bad experience we had and they quickly suggested we speak to the administrator, which we did. The administrator responded professionally, answered questions about treatment that Dr. Dille didn’t understand. We made our next appointment with a different doctor. I was very surprised to see how long he has been with this practice. I will not recommend him to anyone and I will also tell people what a bad experience I had with him. It was way more than poor “bedside manners” it was completely arrogance and disrespectful!! He needs to learn how to treat people. He is very narcissistic!!!

Rude and sarcastic bedside manner. Wasn't interested in my health once he asked what type of insurance I had. No personality.

Dr. Dille was extremely caring and took the time to explain my eye condition in detail. He had a wonderful bedside manner. I have been going to another eye Dr. for years and have decided to change to Dr. Dille. He made me feel like my eyes and health were his primary concern. I have recommended him to many teachers I work with.
