Dr. Bridgett Leigh Casadaban, MD

Casadaban was listed in a menopause registry, but appears to have no actual experience or expertise in treating perimenopausal and menopausal women. She said that there were no FDA-approved bioidentical hormones, that all bioidentical hormones were compounded, which of course is not true. She was unfamiliar with local application of hormones and suppositories and their benefits. She was unaware of - or unconcerned about - the health risks posed by synthetic hormones and oral estrogen. And she provided no guidance in choosing the best modality of HRT for me based on my individual circumstances. Even if she did know anything about menopause, I would never return or recommend her due to her curt and unhelpful demeanor. The practice also has only one prescribing nurse covering two locations, so your phone calls never get answered by a person - you always have to leave a message on the answering machine It took them a week to get me my initial prescription. Overall horrible experience.

Dr. Casadaban was a great and knowledgeable doctor; however, her front desk staff are rude and it's almost impossible to make an appointment. My advice - go somewhere else if you value your time or want an easy and simple way to book time with a good doctor.

Dr. Casadaban is excellent. She is very knowledgable and caring. I have always felt like I had plenty of time with her, and she's been patient with my concerns and questions.

She was nice. She seemed to know her stuff but to me she seemed like she was in a rush and just wanted to get out of there to do something else. I felt unwanted.

I was sent to Dr. Casadaban as an emergency case from my Primary Physician with a severe case of menhorragia. Dr. Casadaban's office staff were very kind and efficient, getting me registered and into their system right away. When I saw Dr. Casadaban she was very thorough with her patient history interview and she listened to everything that I had to say. During my examination I was very embarrassed and uncomfortable but Dr. Casadaban put me at ease with her caring and calm demeanor. She takes the time to explain and discuss all issues and concerns I may have and does not leave it to her staff to give results but takes the time to call and talk with her patients. I am very happy to have joined her practice as a patient.
