Dr. Britni Fabacher Hebert, MD

Walked in to check in for appointment, answered Covid related questions. Yes to sore throat. Get to the back tell the nurse yes this is my annual but I’m experiencing sore throat and fatigue. When Dr. Hebert walks in (1 hour past appt time) I tell her I have a sore throat and my niece has streptococcus, been around her all weekend. “You can get it like that, It’s viral” is how she responded to me after voicing my concerns. Then she says “You have to go back to your car so I can test you for COVID-19, flu, etc.” (After already being there 1 hour and 15 minutes) she comes out fully suited up and sticks that Covid swab so far down my nose, I was tasting it! Left it in after swabbing (no hands) then pulls it out. “Most people are not doing it right” Myself being an RN, I know better, just like Streptococcus being “Viral” oh! And you can’t catch it by coughing or droplets..yeah right. She also lied to me and said she would call me with results by 12pm, never did. Had to call the nurse, she… had already left, nurse gave me results. She also said we would do a phone visit since we didn’t finish in person, never happened. Haven’t spoke to her since Monday morning when she shoved the Covid swab down my nose and throat. Btw I still have a sore throat, problem never was properly assessed ie tonsillitis? Also, no temperature was checked in her office. If she’s so concerned about me having Covid that she cut our appointment short to come out in her HAZMAT suit to swab me, why not a simple temperature check. No compassion!

Love this doctor! Very compassionate and has patient care as her number one priority and it shows!
