Dr. Bronislava Shafran, MD

She is a very intelligent Dr. She helped me quite a bit, however she seems very discourteous. When I went there her office would be packed with patients. Many times with no place to sit. Then sometimes we might have to wait a long time before she even came in the office.

The office was very polite and got me in very quickly. I had to wait 30 minutes...but then I understood why. This Dr spent as much time with me as needed...also the same time necessary was done at the next visit. Office called with testing authorized and scheduled with in a week. I can not say enough good things. I have never been treated medically at this level of care.

She knows her stuff, and my migraines are gone.

The wait time was ridiculous (over an hour), the office staff is unprofessional and unorganized, the office itself was dirty and rundown. They also gave me the wrong date for a test, I drove 30 miles and was told I wasn't scheduled until the following week. I think this doctor works with patients who don't have insurance which I think is wonderful, but if you have other options you should chose a different doctor.

I went to her several years ago. Appointments were never kept on time. I even managed to get the first appt in the morning and she was late coming in. I seen her tell people waiting an hour for them to reschedule or wait even longer as she was leaving. Not unusual for it to take 2 weeks to get a prescription over the phone and consent phone calls. Offices were disorganized. Furniture in waiting room was literally falling apart. Asked for copy of my records finally got it had to copy on color paper as they had no white.
