Brooke Allie Kudelka

Brooke Kudelka is a registered dietitian specializing in sports nutrition and outpatient nutrition
counseling. She works with individuals seeking support for sports performance,
gastrointestinal disorders, women’s health, weight loss, and body composition changes.
Brooke earned her undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Allied Health from Southern Utah
University and her master’s degree in Nutrition and Integrative Physiology from the University
of Utah.
Brooke is passionate about helping people feel good in their own bodies while empowering
athletes to reach their physical potential through improved nutrition. She takes a practical and
realistic approach to care, believing in leading by example and practicing the same healthy
habits she encourages in her patients. Her goal is to provide personalized, evidence-based
guidance that helps individuals build sustainable behaviors and achieve lasting results.
