As a dedicated dietitian with a passion for nutrition, I specialize in helping individuals improve their health and well-being, whether it’s through weight loss, managing prediabetes, or fostering a healthier relationship with food. I’m also an advocate for balanced living, which I embody by enjoying the outdoors and spending quality time with my family.
