I'd been having trouble for a couple of years and finally it was suggested that I have an OBGYN consult. I thought she would be the one for the job, her reviews were good, she appeared to be qualified to perform a hysterectomy. She diagnosed my Fibroid and then referred me to somebody else. I'm three months into this with no resolve and a bunch of MD visits with zero results. Save your money and go to someone who can treat you once they've given you a diagnosis.

My wife was 10 minutes late to her appointment, an appointment where she may have heard some troubling news. The staff insisted she reschedule. What an absurd joke.

Dr. Ritter is AMAZING!!!

Was experiencing pain in my lower left abdomen for months and was going through a smattering of diagnostic tests to have the sourced figured out. When all lower GI testing came back clear, it was suggested that I have my ovaries looked at. Having been to Dr. Ritter before and knowing her bedside manner, she was the first Doctor I thought of and scheduled an appointment. On the day of the appointment, I realized when I arrived at the office that I forgot my purse (a rarity in my world.) Because I couldn't pay a small co-pay before the apptionment, I was refused service. I had explained I lived less than 7 miles away and could easily come back after the appt and pay then and even offered to do a ETF over my phone. I had explained my concerns about the pain and the need to get it looked at. All they could offer was to re-schedule. The did not show that they cared about my health or the pain I was experiencing that needed diagnosis. They did not care about my health concerns at all. … They care about a measly $20-40 co-pay, which could have been easily paid within the hour. I have fantastic insurance, so for $40 - they just lost out on hundreds insurance billings. I will never use them again.

I felt as if Dr. Ritter really listened to my concerns. She made me feel at ease.

Dr. Ritter is a sensible and kind doctor who listened to my concerns. I felt at complete ease with her. The office staff was a different story.

OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE! BILLING, APPOINTMENTS, ALL!
