Dr. Bruce Wallace Ayres, MD

Went into ER with abdominal pain. Dr Ayres diagnosed a sever Gall Bladder issue. Went into surgery the next day and everything went exactly as explained.

Dr Ayres is an excellent, attentive, and compassionate surgeon. He performed a few minor surgeries on me, they went very well, and I didn't see him again for 6-7 years when he walked by me in the hospital. He remembered me and stopped to ask how I'd be doing.

Dr. Ayres treated me for breast cancer. After seeing him the first time, I got a second opinion and then went back to him for my surgery. I saw him several times over the course of a few months and all of the experiences were great. He spent a lot of time answering my questions, and my husband's questions and I'm really happy with the way the surgery went. I'd highly recommend him.

I met Dr. Ayers in the Kadlec Emergency Room. He explained my diagnosis and options and the next day operated on my colon. He visited me after my surgery and also had another surgeon check on me while in the hospital when Dr. Ayers was not available. My follow up visits to his office were excellent and he answered every question I asked. He will be doing a re-connect on my colon soon and I look to be back to 100% after that.

He is a friendly doctor but when I visited the office, he did not speak to me unless I was in the exam room. Also, when I was at the hospital to get surgery, he did not come to visit me before the proceedure.

Dr. Ayres is an excellent physician and surgeon. He has operated on my father 2 times now and also taken care of my son. His bedside manner along with his surgical skills are exceptional. I would send anyone I know to this physician.

Dr. Ayres is an excellent doctor. He negotiated with the local hospital to secure the anesthesiologist that my husband preferred. He works in patients with short notice and has always taken good care of them. He came in to the emergency room on a Sunday to treat my husband for an abscess (my husband is prone to infection). I highly recommend him!

I received medical care from Dr Bruce Ayres and cannot believe the last profiled rating I just read. Not only did he spend hours inside the critical care unit of the hospital he personally explained everything to me and my family. He treated me with respect not only in the hospital but his office staff were kind and caring during the recovery period. To make a rating due to how you conducted your finances is unprofessional and ridiculous. In order for these ratings to be subjective, they must be in relation to the medical care received. As for me and my family, Dr Ayres was top notch and I would not be alive today without his intuitive decision making at critical times.

This doctor, (Bruce Ayers) is a young, arrogant, very unprofessional and insecure individual who harbors a mean, uncaring, personality. He will hide from you, when you wish to speak with him and when he's cornered he will try to baffle you with medical jargon to shut you up. He cares not about the patient, The medical field is only about money to him. Please ask for another doctor if you have a State Industrial or Labor and Industries claim, and lastly, do not send your child to him for any kind of traumatic injury.
