This man is awful and should be ashamed of himself. He is paid to make evaluations that will affect children's lives with their parents and he does not take it seriously. He is biased and lazy. If you hire him the cost to you will not end once he is paid. I wouldn't even trust other professionals associated with him. They know what he is doing to families and do not care.

Snails pace or slower, talks a good game without actions to match. Says he has had health issues which compounds his pace even more. If you want quick accurate results go else !!!

This PRE was hired by the court. As said in a previous comment he talks about his extensive work load. I feel that if he is unable to take on a case he should tell the judge so that they can hire someone else. This PRE had been given very serious allegations that effect the children and he NEVER investigated them. He waited until last minute to reach out to contacts. So information that was crucial he didn't even look at. He listens to hear say and is biased. Do not waist your money.

Bruce Bishop performed a PRE for my divorce. First of all his report was 3 months late. The report didn't even get the parent's names right in places, most of it was obviously copied from other reports. His views seemed to be biased. He felt that because I wanted 5050 custody of my children that I "saw them as possessions". He spent no time fact checking and put off writing the report to work on his crazy workload (which he mentioned in nearly every email). This man is toxic, I would suggest no one use his PRE services.
