Dr. Bruce Richard Cook, MD

This doctor messed me up, he did a decompression surgery on me but he didn’t properly do it!! Not only did he messed up because of incompetency but NO ONE listened to my concerns, they pinned my symptoms to something completely different than what it was. It happens that I got tired after 3 years of not being heard and symptoms came back full force… he did not(no one in the facility) wanted to addressed his proper decompression… so I left to an specialist who found that his attempt to decompressing failed, not only did it failed but he and his team failed to LISTEN to me. I had to request an MRI in a manner that I didn’t want, but finally found out that my cerebellum was more compressed than before he did the surgery. I basically only lasted 1 year ( that’s being generous) feeling some relief and then everything went down hill. I’m glad he retired, he should’ve done it 100 years ago. Him and his team basically ruined 4 years of my life

God complex like the rest of them. My life is ruined because of this guy. My neck is so screwed up because of his surgery. He passed the buck to one of his pain doctors who did nothing. Non-caring doctor.

This doctor ruined my life. He doesnt care about you. Does the surgery then cuts you loose. Won't admit his mistakes.

Dr . Cook , Did my surgery about two months ago and did a Fantastic job on me. I was at home two weeks later and got a infection somehow and was rushed to the hospital and Sunday morning he was there to operate on me again to get rid of the infection. He was truly amazing .Took care of my neck Pain. Thankyou

Dr. Cook did surgery on my back after 25 yrs of not being able to stand or walk for more than 10 minutes. He supported me to lose 100 lbs before he could operate and I did. no more walker or wheelchairs for me. Dr. Cook you are the best.

All doctors should be as prompt and courteous as Dr. Cook and Dr. Novicki.

I have not finished any procedure w/ Dr. Cook yet, but I am confident the follow up care will/would go as my experience has so far, very well.

Went to Dr Cook for a second opinion after the first Doc said I would need fusion surgery and be laid up for 2-3 months. Dr Cook was able to fix me without fusion and I went home the same day. Outstanding bedside manner and skills! Also Lowell Hospital was a pleasant surprise. I have recommended my daughter and my brother to see him for other back and neck issues.
