Dr Bruce W Greenberg

My experience with Dr. Greenberg is one that I don’t wish on an enemy. Dr. Bruce Wayne Greenberg was condescending, arrogant and presumptuous. He made unwarranted, flippant and disrespectful comments to me and my mother and had no regard for the well being of my father (the patient) during the visit. My father and mother are elderly. When I called him out on his poor manner, he became defensive. He made little to no eye contact with any of us and disregarded the answers to the questions he was asking us. The doctors at Northwell are some of the most solution oriented and collaborative professionals I have experienced, but Dr. Greenberg is NOT a good representation of this. He can use some training on how to treat patients like human beings because a major part of treating patients is creating an environment of dignity and respect, which we certainly did not experience. Dr. Greenberg’s manner and communication style is problematic. I do not recommend this doctor to any patient who… seeks to be treated like an individual, wants to be heard or anyone with a shred of self respect. The thought that Dr. Greenberg functions in this way and that others may be subjected to this substandard level of communication and interaction is very concerning. He is a detriment to the reputation of the Northwell network.

Knows his business & is very professional .spends the proper amount of time with me .Office Personnel are very good I would recommend this Dr. to family , friends & associates .

Best Doctor I have ever had! Spent an hour with me the first time I saw him. Wonderful manner, I believe he is truly genuine in his concern for his patients. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a smart and caring Doctor. He has helped me in many ways and I am extremely grateful to be in his care. His staff however (Reception) they could use a little help, but most front office staff at any medical institution needs help!
