This doctor was rushed, dismissive, and unprofessional. He interrupted me repeatedly, ignored my concerns, and, loudly discussed my supposed diagnosis in the hallway with his assistant. The poorest and most mediocre service I have ever received from a medical provider.

Dr. Hoffen's bedside manner and willingness to actually help patients is non existent. I have migraines, balance & memory issues, constant dizziness, nausea and after seeing him for over a year I was told to "just deal with it". He didn't care bout the medical records I brought and wanted to start over treating one thing at a time, which I can respect, but I have been down those roads. Balance therapy helped, then he never continued to provide me a referral despite therapists stating I should be there more. Refused to try other treatments (botox, injections etc). only gave standard migraine meds which do not work, and he didn't not care. Perhaps I am treated this way since I am with WC. Do not agree to accept WC patients if you do not plan on helping him. Also he wont let my wife (basically my medical advocate) be on the phone/facetime appointments for fear he is getting recorded! My wife works, and its difficult for her to get to appointments.

I have been going to Dr. Hoffen for over 10 years. He always treats me with respect and dignity. Each visit he takes the time to listen and suggest different ways to make my MS journey easier! When he prescribes a new medication he checked on me personally. My husband and I recently had to move and when he found out he called to wish us luck and asked what he could do for us! He is one of a kind and we will never forget him!

6 years ago Dr Hoffen correctly diagnosed my husband's illness, while many others had been unable to do so. Now that I need a neurologist, there was no question as to whom I would go - Dr. Hoffen of course!
