Dr. Bruce Russell Huffer, MD

I cant stress enough how un-professional his mannerisms are. He thinks he is this great surgeon but hes not. He never talks to his patients directly, he doesn't listen to their issues, and EVERYTHING needs surgery according to him. When I was employed by this Dr. I can not begin to tell how big his ego was then. He has no bedside manner, never follows up with his patients and for the most, is just dreadful. I wouldn't let him do surgery on me if he was the last Ortho Sx. left.

I been a long time patient of dr. Bruce Huffer M.D. Dr. Huffer is an excellent doctor with his field of specialties. He gives you the Doctor to patient relation and knows what to do with your injuries ad tells you what to expect in near future he doesn't give the round around how long your full recovery.

Avoid having this doctor do your surgery at all costs.

Everything seemed fine until after the surgery when I continued to have pain in my knee. Dr. Huffer did a complete knee replacement. I went to a Stanford doctor because I wanted another doctors opinion. He said the prosthetic that Dr. Huffer put in was too large. How could this happen? The Stanford doctor did revision surgery. I still have nothing but problems with this knee. Constant pain all of the time. The initial surgery that Dr. Huffer performed was botched up. I would not recommend this orthopedic surgeon to anyone!

Never got the chance to see huff, his staff is the worst. He also knows your in pain and does nothing to get you in. I waited 8 days and 2 broken appointments I was not the only disappointed people in his waiting room today. Unacceptable.

While waiting to see the doctor with a broken ankle, the office staff was super unprofessional and didn't know how or to full out our what paper work to give me. Then the fixture looked like he was on crack lookingthrew my x-ray pictures and told me hr needed another one out my ankle and brought me into the halfway and lifters up my keep and looked up my dress... I was in years for do much pain, I just wanted to gey out if there. The continued to finish the exam in the hallway and further told me I could go back to work the next day as a server/bartender. (it gas bev broken for a week without a cast). And asked me of I wanted disability paper. 2 weeks later I called and they never even started them... Don't go to this quack!

The staff members I have dealt with were not nice at all. Dr. Huffer is nice and did a great job on my surgery. My recovery is still ongoing but I am hoping to have a good result.

His younger receptionist is great.His aide Lupe is rude. She treats me as if I bother her and is worse over the phone.The other Doctors office next to him whoever they are sat and gossiped for a good 30 minutes while I was waiting for my appointment. They were older ladies but shame on them...Dr. Huffer was however great and very informative.
