Dr. Bruce Alan Kletscher

Avoid him at all cost. I asked him for a prostate biopsy since my PSA was high. He told me I was to young to have cancer, even when I told him my dad and grandfather had prostate cancer. I ended up going to an urologist out of state and had a prostatectomy that revealed prostate cancer. I came back to AZ and saw him again to show him the official documents that certified I had prostate cancer. He did not like I PROVING HIM WRONG. From that moment on he told me he did not want to see me ever. Also banned me from seeing his associates partners. I left in tears. What really hurted me the most he has a wooden stand with the name “Jesus” on his desk, and is an elder at his church. He sure does not act like a Christian man, using the name of Jesus like he is a “What would Jesus do” doctor. Shame on him!

No follow-up by support staff on referrals for additional test. I had to call insurance company myself to determine delays and follow-up with staff who never called back. In addition, Dr. sent lab work to an out-of-network lab which is now leaving me responsible for $3,500 of tests.

Dr. Kletscher was pleasant and seemed very capable. However, dealing with his office staff has given me such a bad taste that I am switching Doctors. Unorganized, rude and plain uncompassionate. Very disappointing. I think the office staff at Arizona Urology Specialists have forgotten that they are there to represent your practice.

I waited 50 minutes to see this guy only for him to come in bumbling with a half-excuse of a "busy afternoon". He didn't bother to look at the any of the medical records I went out of my way to provide to his office. He just let me talk, scribbled down some notes, and offered to do an invasive procedure. This doctor and Urology Specialists are what makes healthcare the joke that it is. Avoid at all costs.

Great Doctor knows his Specialty! His examinations are almost painless. Great Bedside Manner and Explains everything to my satisfaction .

I had test run for protate and had to call to get the results and not from the doctor but a "technician"

Good doctor but the office is HORRIBLE- cannot get a return telephone call from either the staff or Office Manager. This place is a total disoriented factory. Stay Away!

I went to see Dr. Kletscher for a very sensitive issue, and he was nothing but kind and compassionate. I would have no reservations sending a family member to see him.
