Dr. Kashif Alvi

My husband's experience with Dr. Alvi was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Our first appointment was canceled because the doctor's surgery ran over, which we understand can happen. However, the next available appointment wasn't for another two weeks. When we finally returned, the office was running over two hours behind schedule, which made an already frustrating situation even worse. The actual visit was the most concerning part. Within the first minute of entering the room, Dr. Alvi asked my husband why he was there and who his previous urologist was. Before we had an opportunity to explain my husband's symptoms, medical history, and prior care, he became dismissive. I work in healthcare and was trying to help provide an accurate timeline and context regarding my husband's condition. Rather than listening, Dr. Alvi abruptly interrupted me and said, "You're not the patient. You speak." While I understand the importance of hearing directly from the patient, there is a… respectful and professional way to involve both the patient and spouse, especially when the spouse is helping communicate complex medical information.

I had a laser prostate procedure and. I am very satisfied with the results . Dr Alvi also takes care of kidney stones for me. he is the best urologist I had in so many years. .

I was laying down and this doctor yelled at me telling me "this isn't an ER!" When I had already been to the er twice for my problem, and he didn't help me at all after waiting for an hour and a half after my appointment time just to see him!

I am a patient of Dr Alvi. I was unhappy with the urinary accidents . I had a bladder implant surgery and it has changed my life . I don’t have to wear pads anymore . I am very satisfied with the results. He is a really good doctor.

Dr.Alvi, did an amazing job no complications everything’s back to normal. I can’t think of enough. The healing process was fairly quick no complications. Definitely an A+ rating

I am a patient of Dr Alvi. I had a laser surgery for my prostate . it literally changed my life. I wake up once as compared to five or six times a night. He uses the latest technology for his patients . I am super happy with the results .

Outstanding! I was in pretty bad shape. No nonsense and set me up for surgery. Gave me a catheter to help the immediate problem and I believe about five or six days later I was in surgery. Outpatient and I think I was there maybe three hours. Went home healed up (which was pretty fast I think) very little blood. Then I was back in business. Don’t have to take drugs to urinate anymore! I would recommend him highly! His staff was very kind and nice. I think they could tell I was in trouble. And I was! Dr. Alvei fixed me! Didn’t even know him previously and just basically walked off the street. I think I just totally lucked out When I walked into his office. So glad I did. I didn’t really have urologist before this, but I do now!

I had a laser prostate surgery. I had a bladder catheter and was unable to urinate . I can urinate like a champ. The office was great and Dr Alvi performed a miracle. Great surgeon and a human being.

Dr. Alvi was initially helpful but after performing an invasive procedure, he failed to prescribe antibiotics, so I ended up in the ER with a UTI. A week later, there was still no follow up. Also, he was not very clear when I asked about certain test results. He would not clarify beyond basic terminology. Would not recommend.

I am a patient of Dr Kashif Alvi. I had a hifu treatment for prostate cancer . It was non invasive and I am already playing golf in 2 weeks after the procedure. I didn’t have any side effects . He is the best urologist for prostate cancer .
