Dr. Bruce Leonard Linden, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Linden's for well over 30 years. My family members were also his patients for many years. Dr. Linden is a likable, and very good Doctor, may have saved my life a little over a year ago. We were extremely sad to be informed the practice was moving to a concierge practice. With the current cost of healthcare premiums plus the concierge fees it was not financially acceptable to sign up for his new service. We have many friends that went to Dr. Linden and most are having problems finding a new Doctor and have all the issues associated with growing old. So now at +65 I have to find a new practice. Very sad, never would have guessed he'd leave us old folk behind when he is needed the most.

wasn't able to get an appointment without going through an "Executive Physical" - for 2.5k which NO INSURANCE COVERS - that was from his now bougee patient advocate which is really a scam. Never again will I deal with this practice and unfortunately this is just another example of a family practice selling out and calling it "a new model" - new model? Seriously? You find it okay 2.5k to charge your patients to see a doctor? You sold out and just say it - New Model = Sell Out.

The very best doctor we have ever worked with. He knows our family and treats us all as his only patient, gives us all wonderful care. The staff are all very nice.

Prepare to spend 15 to 45 minutes past your appointment time sitting in the waiting room.

Dr. Bruce Linden relies on prescribing Synthroid and measuring TSH levels in treating thyroid disease. My personal opinion is that this one-size-fits-all approach is outdated and potentially harmful. If your levels are "normal" but you're still not feeling well, please seek out additional information and a second opinion.

I went to see Dr Linden for an ongoing medical issue that was undiagnosed. He ordered blood tests but the office never called to say that the results were back and when I stopped in 4 days later to see if they had the results I was handed the results and told they were "clean". When I asked if I should / could make a follow up appointment or what the next steps were the front desk clerk would not answer. I left extremely frustrated and confused about the situation and took my lab results to another doctor for further diagnostics.

I found Dr. Linden personable. However his office policies are unfair. I was his patient for over 12 years. During that 12 years I never missed an appointment. I showed up on time and waited up to 30 minutes both in the outer office and in the exam room combined. I made an appointment last week and for the first time forgot. I called as soon as I remembered and was told I would be charged $50 for not making it. Money seems to be the primary concern for that office.
