He is great. He always does what's best for the patients. Been going to him for 11 years after bladder cancer.

Dr. Lowe and his entire staff are informed, attentive and patient. Dr. Lowe was the second doctor I consulted with and he removed any doubt that he is the preferred doctor for me. He was actually referred by my daughter (OHSU) graduate and oncologists that practice in another state. His manner is genuine yet comforting. All options are explained in an understandable way including reading material for further consideration. It is now over a year since my surgery. I am cancer free and there are minimal if any remaining effects none of which affect my daily routine.

After four opinions, we had no doubt who we would choose. Dr. Lowe, Mandy and his staff are wonderful.

Very efficient, knows his facts, presents them clearly. Office staff wonderful. Great surgeon. His bedside manner kind. Difficult to schedule an appt because he is one busy doctor. Only complaint, he does not return phone calls.

A wonderful, informative and very professional doctor who also has a great bedside manner.
