My family member has received care at this clinic for over a year. We have been treated with the utmost respect. We are asked at every visit if we are satisfied with the current treatment plan and adjustments are made whenever needed. The receptionists and all those involved in my family members care are understanding, helpful, kind. I would highly recommend Dr. Mackey or any of the medical professionals that share his office

The best of the best!

Lost my pain management doctor due to DEA investigation, was sent to Dr. Mackey, absolutely the best thing that could have happened. I needed my pain med pump refilled. While at my first appointment the PA asked about a pain down my leg, I had been told for years it was nerve problems from my back injury. He pushed around on it and advised it was not nerve damage an he could fix it. My second visit they filled my pump, and he fixed my leg pain, I had been dealing with for 9 years. Fantastic, everyone of the staff are wonderful. I am pain free for the first time in several years. They all cared about my well being. I highly recommend this group and am so happy I was sent to them. Very professional.

I’ve been his patient for 6 years. I can’t get out of bed very much these days. He’s backed way off, and doesn’t care that I can’t do anything. Try to find better care. You deserve that instead of living in dire pain each day.

I cannot recommend this practice.

Other then an occasional long wait time this is the best pain management doctor I have seen

I went to Dr. Mackey et al from 2007 until 2018 when I moved to California. I never had any problems with him or his staff. At times I felt as though they thought I was drug-seeking; however, those issues were worked out. Initially I had some problems with female PA, but, again, those problems were worked out. When the opoid crisis came up, I started investigating Oxycodone and Fentanyl. I decided I wanted off of the Fentanyl and subsequently weaned off of it. Since I've been in California, I have gone off of the Oxycodone. I now feel better than I have in years. I love this group, but - to be successful - they need to look at alternatives to opoids. There are some out there. I miss this group of professionals!

I was referred to this physician after a complete spinal fusion, Septic Shock survivor, compromised immune system disorder. I always felt my treatment to be excellent. If you have a problem with drug screening then you won’t like this physician. I’m a firm believer in zero tolerance policy for failed drug screening. This process keeps you and your physician safe while both of you are having your needs met.
