Dr Miller has taken care of our daughter’s eye issues since she was 3. Studied, thoughtful approach to all of the issues affecting our daughters sight-Dr Miller is a Pro and so is his staff. Thanks for all of your help and we are incredibly happy with our care!

If you have an emergency, the next appointment will be two to three months of your emergency. The receptionist does not care. The doctor might be good but what does that matter if l have an emergency. Will go to bascom and Palmer ER . Best of the nation

I called the Dr's office this afternoon, and was told my granddaughter has an appointment in March, and that there are no other appointments available until December. I was NOT asked why I wanted an appointment! My granddaughter needs to be seen NOW not in 3 months!!! The receptionist didn't care at all ! I'll be looking for an eye dr who cares about his patients!

I the doctor was excellent. But the waiting time was terrible!

I can't imagine a better ophthalmologist for our daughter! Dr. Miller and his staff are fantastic, highest recommendations.

As an adult with strabismus, I was denied the ability to schedule with this opthamologist. After getting a referral and 6 phone calls I was never allowed to speak to the office manager. In the end I was told adults are only scheduled for appointments once a month and I would have to wait 2 months.

I don't tend to write reviews about ANYTHING but my experience with this office was so bad that I felt that I needed to. Although I had an appointment, my wait time was well over an hour. When I was called to the front for insurance purposes I noticed that one of the girls at the front desk who was on the phone was rolling her eyes while giving the patient on the phone some information. This was just a preview of what awaited inside. Once inside, the nurse who was responsible for collecting further information about our visit was extremely rude while asking her questions and seemed bothered to even be there. If the staff doesn't want work or be there then they should find another job or just go home. This also goes for Dr. Miller who I found to be short with his explanations, rude and seemed to be talking down to me instead of talking to me. If I had to work for him I guess I also would be irritated and be rolling my eyes at the end of the day. I will not be returning and will advise… anyone who wants to receive proper medical attention to go elsewhere.

Took my son in for an exam because he felt his vision was getting worse and he was out of contact lenses. He had a full exam by Dr. Nehemiah Spencer [Pediatric Ophthalmology Consultants] and dilation. I was given a script for glasses and was told that wherever I took him for the contact they would "need to add a few numbers in" to get the contact script. I then went over the Lenscrafter and was told that my son could not just get a "contact exam;" he would need a "full exam" for $135. I then called over to Clear Vision Center where Dr. Miller had referred us original for contacts and they told me the same thing. They also told me that Pediatric Ophthalmology Consultants usually sends them over the script for contacts. So here I am, after getting my son's exam .... unable to get contacts without a complete new exam. When I called the office at 3:20 they had already left b/c it was New Year's Eve. I told the on-call person that I needed to speak with the doctor to clear this up… and I left my cell phone number. When I called back at 4:20 I was told that my call was not an emergency and that they were not going to "bother" the doctor. So, I missed work, can't get my son the contacts he needs and my situation is considered merely a nuisance to the doctor's office. Hope they all enjoy their new year's eve / new year's day --- mine is ruined.
