Dr. Bruce Arthur Morgan, MD

Dr. Morgan is rude and disrespectful, harsh, rough and did I mention how rude he was? He should not see children if he doesn't like them and stick to old folks needing hearing aids. To top it off he checked Tobacco Use on my 5 year old granddaughters chart.... tobacco use? When my d-i-l complained they took it off, but why to begin with. He really should retire.

I had a great experience with Dr Bruce Morgan and the staff. He is very knowledgable and his staff answered all of my questions concerning my childs ear infection. I would definitely recommend him and his group.

Had no pain when I first saw Dr. Bruce Morgan. Went in for a lump on my throat. No ear pain whatsoever. After digging in my ear for wax buildup I was left with severe pain for 3 days. Would definitely not recommend to anyone. Skin had been scraped off the inside of my ear.

On time visits yet takes time required for you. Pleasant bedside manner. Knowledgeable.

Usually just go once a year for audiology and checkup. Didn't get a good feeling about Dr. Bruce Morgan first time I went (was assigned to him). Went recently for an ear issue and usual dismissive attitude and same old prescription as every time, nasal spray, no matter what my symptoms are. Office air conditioning was out too and he even said "we're trying to get people in and out due to heat". Now I see from my insurance claim what my bill is going to be and I'm shocked and mad having received such poor rushed service in a hot exam and waiting room.

Very rushed and rather dismissive about concerns. This might be fine if you’re in the market for a hearing aid. Otherwise, I wouldn’t bother.

We had a terrible experience with Dr. Morgan. After several visits and many copays later, I took my child to Birmingham and every issue was resolved in ONE VISIT. They even said his tubes should have been replaced months ago. Don't try and save time by using someone local. Go ahead and drive to someone who cares and has more expertise.

Dr. Morgan has terrible bedside manners. He and the staff at CRMC need to get on the same page about infant feeding prior to surgery. Do yourself a favor and go to Birmingham or Huntsville instead of saving yourself some time by using CRMC especially child related.

Around a year ago my father went to see Dr. Morgan complaining about a hoarse/sore throat, trouble breathing, and problems with swallowing. Dr Morgan ordered for a biopsy to be performed. When the results came back we were told everything was fine that it was a simple yeast infection on one of his vocal cords. Fast forward to a couple months later my father is still having the same problems but now he is vomiting blood. So instead of going back to CRMC we went to UAB and without even having a biopsy the doctors told us it was cancer and a biopsy would tell more. Turns out it was cancer all along and now it's spread to his larynx and is stage 4. This could have been caught a long time ago.
