Dr. Bruce Lee Palmer, MD

Dr. Palmer is an Amazing Cardiologist, who embraces and excels at dealing with both normal heart treatment and those issues which are challenging for both the patient and the Dr. GREAT!

Great Doctor with a Great Staff! Much impressed!

I recognize that a lot of people only write a review to complain. In a sense, maybe I am doing that here, though I feel I have written good reviews when deserved. So I will only say this; I have canceled my follow up appointment and I will NOT be back.

When you have the choice to actually select your Medical Specialist it is a God Send. We had the opportunity to do just this thing. I thought the Veterans were slow and rude and found that the office staff are very rude. This has my husband very concerned as to the choice we made. I am use to the medical doctors having an attitude and as a former P.A. for over 35 years, if we treated or spoke to any patient the way the staff does at this office, I would have been out of a position. I have yet to meet Joe as I have not heard a word from him after 3 phone calls and messages. Praying this is not what we are going to expect out of the rest of our experience. Sort of scary!!

I would NEVER recommend Dr. Palmer to anyone for the fear of him treating them the way he treated me. Dr. Palmer has a "better than you" attitude, he is rude and has NO bedside manners. The only person at his clinic that should receive a "gold star" award should be his nurse practitioner, Joe!! He is AWESOME!!!, All of Dr. Palmer's office staff was always very RUDE to me anytime I called with questions/concerns. My wait time at his clinic was 2 hrs. My wait time at the hospital both times were 4 hrs. (diagnosing visit and then my procedure visit). When Dr. Palmer came up to my room after my procedure, he informed me, " Don't call me when you get home unless you are dying." I would really like someone to tell him that he isn't God and bring him down a notch or two.. I'm 40 yrs. old and I would hate to see the way he treats his elderly patients. I have found another cardiologist and will not even be going back to him for my follow-up visit. He also made very RUDE comments… about my weight (which I'm only about 30 lbs. over weight) but he could lose a couple pounds himself..... I can see a cardiologist being concerned about your weight, but no need for mean and hurtful comments..... Thank God this is a bad experience I will never have to deal with again. Ephesians 4:32 - And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.

I can't imagine having a better physician than Dr. Bruce Palmer on your side. His patients' care comes first for him. Never had anything but a great experience with Dr. Palmer.
