MY TWO CHILDREN GO TO SEE HIM AND HE IS SO NICE AND KIND. HE SITS DOWN WITH YOU AND EXPLAINS EVERYTHING. YOU CAN TELL HE REALLY LOVES THE PATIENTS. EVERY TIME MY CHILDREN ARE SICK THE RECEPTIONIST ALWAYS SAYS COME ON DOWN. ALL THE STAFF THERE ARE VERY KIND AND SWEET. YES THERE IS A WAIT BUT I WOULD WAIT FOR THIS DOCTOR!! HE IS AMAZING WE LOVE DR. PLATNIK

This man was mine and my sisters Dr. from months old until High School Graduation, I even thought it would be great if he could be my daughters Dr. as well. I love Dr. Platnik, he shows he cares and takes his time. BUT because of that, you better clear your whole day when you make an apt there bc its minimal a 3-4 hr long visit. In addition. there is one receptionist who has been there for decades and for as long as I can remember, is nasty and always has been nasty. She's rude and condescending and the visit would be much easier to bear if it wasn't such a nightmare to even call to make the appt in the first place! He would be much better of an office if she didn't work there. #FACTS
