I went to this Dr for the first time and I confess that I thought it would be a normal consultation. But I was very surprised by Dr Zafran, he was extremely attentive, he sat and talked with me, looked me in the eye, listened and gave me advice. I don't think I was ever attended to even by my primary doctor. I would like Dr Zafran to be my doctor for everything, I would make an appointment every month. Dr.Zafran is the best doctor, hands down! He remembers his patients names and is always quick to respond to emails, which shows you how much he cares. He is such a pleasant doctor & his nursing staff is great as well. I’ve been coming to this office for a few years now and haven’t had any complaints. Great staff, great doctor, great service!

Went to him for years only because of my laziness to find another office. His nurses are awful. One is old and mean and the other is spanish and does not care. He likes to talk about how great he is, how busy he is and says he is the doctor to the stars. He barely spends any time with you and does terrible breast exams. I needed surgery because of heavy bleeding for 2 years. He told me it was normal. Finally I said do something, Thank goodness he told me to see another doctor in the office to do surgery I think because he was too lazy to do it himself. He was just so non caring and such a jerk. I saw Dr Puckett and he was wonderful. Spent so much time with me and explained everything and said he would fix me..He did surgery and removed my fibroid and now my life is so much better. No more pain or bleeding. His nurse Carol took so much time with me and gave me so much reading material that I was finally informed and knew what I was in for and why I was having problems.If you want to go… to this office do NOT see Dr Zafran he sucks and so does his nurses. See Dr Puckett only and only call Carol for any questions!

I have been a patient of Dr. Zafran's for over 10 years. He is a very compassionate, calm physician. He explains in detail his findings and then he gives me options. He never pushes his ideas on me. He lets me make the choice. He treats women with respect. Love his assistant too.
