I went inpatient to THOCC New Britain. He literally cut my anxiety meds to zero in five days. I've been on a relatively high dose for a number of years. No Psychiatrist, doctor, or other practitioner should ever taper that quickly. It's a near death sentence and I was in the Intensive care unit for two days and hospitalized for 2 weeks. Moreover he recommended that I go somewhere else next time I went back to this medication. I take ownership of my errors, but is it not the responsibility of a doctor to do no harm? If you're in crisis I wouldn't recommend THOCC in New Britain. This so called practitioner should absolutely NOT be licensed to practice medicine.

Very terse; interrupts you; lacks compassion. Felt worse after have therapy with him. Doesn't listen, just dictates. Lacks empathy. If you want to get better, don't go to him.

I doubt that Dr. Boffi would subject his wife Donna to the type of insensitive treatment that he inflicts upon others. My self-esteem and well being has suffered under his care. He really doesn't care how you feel as a patient. Likes to dole out drugs, even if they're going to make you gain a ton of weight and feel like a zombie all day.

Very dismissive, lacks compassion, interrupts and cuts you off. Caused my anxiety to increase. Makes you feel like a piece of dirt. Makes you feel like a number.
