Dr. Bryan Char-Hoa Ding, MD

I had the worst experience today as a new patient trying to see Dr Ding for an acute foot problem causing extreme pain and other symptoms. After driving 40 min. to reach the office, I was kept waiting nearly 75 minutes in his exam room! Not once did anyone come in to explain why there was a delay or to apologize. No one ever came in to review my problem and do an intake. We saw no medical professionals the entire time. After an hour and 15 minutes I left the exam room and approached the check in desk to inquire about the delay; everyone was clueless. One receptionist went to check on why there was a delay, and he never even returned to speak with me. I finally left without ever seeing Dr Ding. My calls to the office manager and supervisor. Not been returned. Is this how a new patient with an acute and painful problem should be treated???? What a disgrace to the medical profession. Would he treat his mother or sister this way???!!! No one should ever be treated this way. No patient… should ever be left like a dog to wait without so much as an explanation about the delay, and most of all—-an apology. Dr. Ding may be a great ortho., but I would never ever recommend him!!!

I'll be short and succinct. I think Dr. Ding is one of the best doctors I have ever met. His depth of knowledge is beyond compare. I would trust him with anything. That sums it up. You all get the point? Thank you.

Dr. Ding did a full ankle replacement on my father three weeks ago. We go to the office regularly every week for his postoperative care. Dr. Ding himself in my experience has been very informative and takes his time to explain things thoroughly. Not to mention I've never waited in the office more than 20 minutes to see him. His physician assistant Rebecca is absolutely wonderful . She always returns phone calls and takes her time answering any questions or concerns that I've had during the course of his recovery. I've worked for doctors personally for 13 years this is absolutely a doctor I would refer my patients to. Office and staff are very pleasant. I'm so happy to say I was able to find my dad A great doctor with such a pleasant staff!

kind, competent, and basically THE BEST ANKLE DR EVER. i am in love with his manner, as well as his expertise. i couldnt be more satisfied and he never gives up trying to help me, as i had a really bad fracture, and lots and lots of pain . he's the best and i would recommend him to anyone.

great, except didn't know what was wrong with me. No diagnosis better than wrong diagnosis.

poor communication with staff, not cohesive between the doctor and patient regarding treatment the doctor gives orders off to the staff after that the patient feels on his own. The office runs poorly and its reflected in the basic care of the patient. just my opnion
