He is a great doctor and a person! His staff is also as good as they get???????

I first saw Dr. Doonan as a walk in urgent care patient (for asthma) and he has since become my primary physician. He and the nurse practitioners in his office are excellent. I’ve been there for asthma, bronchitis (once for pneumonia), flu shots, checkups, and pretty much anything that ails me. They have always resolved my issues with care and skill.

Office staff was amazingly responsive and due to my concussion, I was seen ASAP and l my worries from Googling we’re gome in a short visit. Dr, Brian Doonan is a gift. I am a healthcare consultant who has worked with many practices and physicians and he is my #1 go to!!!

Dr. Doonan is always very attentive to my concerns and well being. He takes the time to listen to my concerns, and addresses them with a safe and direct path to follow that ensures I will return to proper health without neglecting my health.

Dr. Doonan is completely unethical in his communication with patients. He and his clinic on multiple times made many mistakes in the treatment of their patients. Some of these resulted in life threatening results due to gross negligence. When confronted with facts, Dr. Doonan himself misled his patient on how the office would take care of the excessive medical costs caused by the Urgent Care's mistakes.

I visited the Newport Beach Urgent Care this weekend and had a great experience with Dr. Doonan and staff. I received friendly and efficient service from the staff and walked out feeling much better. Thank you Dr. Doonan. Highly recommended!
