Dr. Bryan Joseph Kozinski, MD

My wife and I were patients of Dr. Kozinski for nearly 20 years. My wife was a model patient always on time and followed his directions. I was not a model patient and over nearly 20 years I no showed 19 times, would regularly not take my meds and just was not consistent. About 6 months ago they cancelled an appointment on me and I did not try to reschedule until my meds ran out. I went online and scheduled an appointment and called the office to ask for them to phone in my meds. His nurse Rachel called back and was trying to get me in sooner(we scheduled an appointment for a week later) and admonished me for missing 19 appointments(over nearly 20 years) and so I asked her if I needed to find a new doctor? Her reply was you can if you want. I understand that they want consistency. I responded that we both seemed annoyed and we could just talk about my attendance at my appointment next week. The next morning I get a call from his office and am told that myself AND my wife were being… dismissed as patients. I understand dismissing me and I had a new doctor in a matter of hours. But my wife was pretty devastated. She had been seeing this person for the last 20 years and she considered him extended family. She had built a relationship with him and he was in a position to know her medical needs better than anyone. But he evidently just considered her a thing to be tossed away or at least treated us that way. We both asked Omar(the messenger) if they could reconsider dumping my wife but he flatly said we really had no recourse. I was informed the nurse made a point in her notes to mention me wanting to find a new doctor which is not accurate as I asked her if I needed to find a new doctor not that I wanted one. I had no way to contact the doctor or even the nurse and I got the impression they could not be bothered to give a damn. By the way Omar(the messenger) was pleasant and did the best he could given the situation. We are adults and I do not see how my wife should be punished for me being a bad patient. We are adults and wear big boy/girl pants. She would have been more than happy to continue as his patient with no drama. I regret that my wife has to find a new doctor due to me being a bad patient, a pissed off nurse and a doctor that after 20 years could not be bothered to talk to his patients.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Kozinski for over six years and have been extremely satisfied during this time. He and hi staff are extremely caring and professional. If requiring to be seen urgently, we are consistently scheduled within 24 hours of our request. Highly recommend Dr. Kozinski and the Stnecrest facility.

Dr. Kozinski has been my doctor for over three years and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone, anytime.

Year over year I am continually impressed with Dr. Kozinski. He listens and spends quality time with me each visit. The staff (Rachel and Jennifer) are personable and attentive. I highly recommend them.

Dr Kozinski is the BEST! Very Patient always listens never makes you feel like he's in a hurry!! I personally can't say enough nice things about him!
