Dr Pogue did not just tell me what he thought the problem was. He explained how it caused the condition, verified my symptoms confirmed the diagnosis, what could be done about it, and what the side effects may be. After we had discussed it, we agreed on a treatment, set up a time to followup, and got it resolved. No surprises, no headaches, no confusion or worries.

Where is Dr Pogue? I've been a patient for several years. I call for an appointment and he is on leave. His office staff tells me he is on leave and they don't know if he will be back or not. So I am on medications that I can't get filled until I find another doctor. So------ his patients weren't notified of his leaving unless they had an appointment at the time he went on leave. The only Dr. left in his office is booked for weeks. I'm scrambling to find a Doc.

As much as I do not like going to doctors,Dr. Pogue and his staff have always put me at ease and treat me like a human being and not just another number. They have called me at home a few times to make sure that things were as they should be.

I would recommend Dr Pogue to my friends and family. He takes the time required to cover all of my concerns. He is very professional in his manner.
